Outexer Indoor Sauna FAQs

How much space do I need to install an indoor sauna?
Most of our indoor models are compact enough to fit into a bedroom, home gym, or spare room. There are compact single-person models and multi-person models for 2-4 people, please refer to the size chart of each product for details.
Is the indoor sauna easy to assemble?
Yes. All Outexer saunas are modular in design with labeled panels and step-by-step instructions. Most users can complete the installation in less than an hour using basic tools, without complicated processes and tools.
Does the indoor sauna require a dedicated electrical outlet?
It depends on the model. Single-person models can basically use a standard 120V, 15A household outlet (NEMA 5-15P). Two-person and larger or high-power models may require a 20A outlet. Be sure to check the "Electrical Parameters" section of the product page before ordering.
Is the indoor sauna noisy when in operation?
Not at all. Our heating system operates quietly, with no fans or mechanical hum. If equipped with a Bluetooth speaker or oxygen bar, it also produces minimal ambient noise. You can easily enjoy music, meditation, or even pure silence.
Can the indoor sauna be placed on any type of floor?
Yes. Outexer saunas can be placed on hardwood floors, tiles, concrete, and even low-pile carpets. Just make sure the floor is flat and dry. For additional insulation or moisture protection, you can choose to use a protective mat (optional).
How much clearance do I need around my sauna?
We recommend leaving at least 2" of space between the sauna and surrounding walls. This is especially true near ventilation or wiring areas. If necessary, you can move the sides of the sauna closer to the wall, but avoid completely enclosing it to ensure good air circulation.
