Delivery Partners & Address

Outexer offers free nationwide shipping within the contiguous United States. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii at this time).

We primarily ship through trusted third-party logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouse and fulfillment partner locations within the United States. The shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 5–12 business days for standard items

For oversized items (over 39"/100cm), we may use ocean freight. Estimated delivery: 35–45 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You may track the package on the official websites of DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Some orders may be split into multiple shipments—no additional charges will apply.

Large Items & Furniture Delivery

Large and heavy items are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery is curbside only. You are responsible for moving the item indoors and assembly. We recommend having 2 or more people on site at delivery time.

Freight Delivery Notice

Freight companies will call at least 24 hours before delivery to schedule. If they cannot access your location, the item may be delivered to the nearest possible point and you’ll need to arrange pickup.

Note: If no one is available during scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the box is visibly damaged, do not accept or sign for it. Request a damage report from the driver and contact us immediately.

For hidden damage, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Most carriers only accept damage claims within 7 days.

Delivery Refusal or Cancellation

If you refuse delivery or cancel an order in transit, we will deduct all original and return shipping fees from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or incorrect address information.
