5-Year Limited Warranty

Every Outexer sauna comes with a 5-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.

This warranty includes:

• Structural Coverage
  Warranty against warping, cracking, or other damage to the sauna frame and wood panels caused by manufacturing defects.
• Electrical Components
  Warranty against failures of heating plates, LED lighting, wiring, and digital control panels.
• Heating Performance
  Ensures your sauna maintains proper heating function and meets safety standards.

If any problem covered by this warranty occurs, we will repair or replace the affected parts free of charge during the warranty period.

Exclusions & User-Caused Damage

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage during personal use. Damage caused by user negligence (such as damaged components, exposed wiring, or cracked panels due to improper operation) is not covered by our free warranty.

If you need to replace parts due to personal damage, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you in purchasing replacement components and will provide ongoing support.
