Outexer 1-Person Sauna FAQs

How long will it take to receive my sauna?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–12 business days. So you’ll have your sauna delivered in about 6–15 business days from your order.
Is your sauna difficult to assemble?
No. All Outexer one-person saunas are modular in design. You can complete the installation in a short time by following the instructions or watching our video tutorials. Most customers can complete the assembly independently.
What if my package arrives damaged?
📌 Cause: The package may have been crushed or bumped during shipping.

💡 Action: Please take clear photos of the entire box, shipping label, and SKU label. Then, record a complete unboxing video (if necessary). If you discover any damaged parts inside the box, we will immediately ship the damaged parts free of charge or arrange compensation.
Does the single sauna have any circuit requirements?
Most Outexer 1-person saunas have a power of about 800W-1500W, and can usually use ordinary household sockets (120V, 15A) directly.
Do I need to ventilate my sauna?
Most Outexer saunas have ventilation and electrical components located at the top, so it is important to keep the top of the sauna open to allow heat and air circulation. You do not need to install a separate ventilation system, just make sure the top area is not blocked and has enough space for ventilation.
How much clearance do I need around my sauna?
We recommend leaving at least 2" of space between the sauna and surrounding walls. This is especially true near ventilation or wiring areas. If necessary, you can move the sides of the sauna closer to the wall, but avoid completely enclosing it to ensure good air circulation.
