Thank you for choosing Outexer. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the day after receiving your product. Returned items must be:
· In new, unused condition
· In the original packaging
· Accompanied by photo or video proof
Note: Installed products cannot be returned.
After-Sales Guarantee
We offer 5 years of after-sales support from the date you receive your product, covering defects and functional issues.
Return Scenarios & Policies
1. Quality Issues (Manufacturer Defect / Shipping Damage)
If the product arrives damaged or defective:
· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
· Submit photos/videos showing the damage or defect
We will offer:
· A 100% refund, plus
· Return shipping reimbursement
If small parts are missing or damaged in transit, we will send replacements free of charge.
2. Non-Quality Related Returns (Personal Reasons)
We accept returns for reasons including:
· Change of mind
· Ordered the wrong size or model
· Insufficient installation space
· No longer needed
In these cases:
· A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
· The original shipping fee will be deducted
· You are responsible for return shipping to our designated address
Example:
Order total: $600
Return shipping: $100 (your cost)
Deductions: $120 (restocking) + $180 (original shipping)
Refund issued: $300
3. Custom-Made Products
Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production has started. We confirm all specifications with you before shipment via photos or videos.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Request
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us:

Include your order number, product name/SKU, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
Step 2: Package the Item
Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Step 3: Ship & Provide Proof
Use a trackable, insured shipping method.
Send us the tracking number, package photos, and shipping receipt.
Refunds
· Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after inspection
· Refunds are processed to your original payment method
· Bank processing may take an additional 7–10 business days
Note: Used or damaged items may not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellation
Standard Products:
· Within 24 hours of order: Free cancellation
· Before shipment: 10% processing fee
· In transit: 20% restocking or interception fee
· After shipment with tracking: Cannot be canceled
Custom Products:
· Cannot be canceled once production has begun
