How long will it take to receive my sauna?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–12 business days. So you’ll have your sauna delivered in about 6–15 business days from your order.
How to assemble the sauna? Is it convenient?
Our saunas are modular and can be easily assembled according to the instructions after receiving the goods. The wooden boards are mostly pre-installed with metal clips, which do not require complicated tools and can be completed by just tightening a few screws. Each model also comes with a video installation guide, which makes it easy to get started.
Do I need a special circuit for a traditional sauna?
Yes. Traditional saunas, especially those with higher power ratings like 3kW or more running on 220~240V, require a dedicated electrical circuit to operate safely. This usually means installing a dedicated 20A or 30A circuit breaker and proper wiring. Standard household outlets are not suitable.
If your home doesn’t already have such a circuit, you’ll need to hire a licensed electrician to install one according to local electrical codes. This ensures safe, reliable operation and protects your home’s electrical system.
What if my package arrives damaged?
