Outexer Offers Free Nationwide Shipping in the U.S.
Delivery Carrier & Address
We primarily work with third-party logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping Timeline
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (standard size items)
For oversized products (e.g., packages over 100 cm/39"), shipping may be via sea freight with estimated delivery times of 35–45 days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. You can track via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL websites. Note: Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses; you will not be charged extra.
Furniture & Large Item Delivery
For large or heavy items, we use standard truck freight services. Delivery is curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving the item indoors and for any setup or assembly. We recommend having 2 or more people available for delivery day.
Freight Delivery Notice
Freight carriers will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Please confirm delivery location and time (typically a 4-hour window). If no one is available to receive the package, redelivery fees may apply.
If the delivery truck cannot access your location, goods will be delivered to the nearest reachable area. Customers must arrange pickup from there.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If visible damage exists, do not sign or accept the delivery. Request a damage report from the carrier and notify us immediately.
If the damage is hidden, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted by carriers.

Delivery Exceptions & Refusals
If a customer refuses delivery or cancels an order in transit, the original shipping cost and return freight will be deducted from any refund. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Add special instructions during checkout if needed.
