Most 1-person saunas require a standard 120V/15A outlet. 2-3-person saunas typically require a 120V/20A outlet, and traditional/4-person saunas may require a 240V outlet. Please check the product specifications for exact power requirements, or ask our support team.
3. What should I do if my sauna arrives damaged or with broken parts?
We're truly sorry if your sauna arrives with any damage. Here's what to do:
- Take clear photos of the damaged area and the outer packaging (especially if there are holes or signs of impact).
- Contact our customer support at Support@Outexer.com with your order number and photos.
- We will send a replacement part free of charge as soon as possible. There's no need to return the entire sauna.

Most Outexer infrared saunas can reach a maximum temperature of 149°F (65°C), and the warm-up time is typically 15-25 minutes. The gentle far-infrared heat works effectively without overheating your space.

Adjust temperature, session time, lighting, and Bluetooth audio through the integrated digital control panel. The HF9 includes one white downlight, 14 multicolor star lights, a seven-color perimeter light strip, and two built-in waterproof speakers.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Yes. You can return the sauna to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the sauna is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Will there be any fees if I cancel my order?
For customer-initiated cancellations or returns, a small 3% payment-processor transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is charged directly by the payment processor and is non-refundable on our side, even if the order has not shipped yet.
