Outexer 2 Person Sauna FAQs

How long will it take to receive my sauna?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–12 business days. So you’ll have your sauna delivered in about 6–15 business days from your order.
How to assemble the sauna? Is it convenient?
Our saunas are modular and can be easily assembled according to the instructions after receiving the goods. The wooden boards are mostly pre-installed with metal clips, which do not require complicated tools and can be completed by just tightening a few screws. Each model also comes with a video installation guide, which makes it easy to get started.
What is a far infrared sauna? Is it safe?
Far infrared saunas heat the human body directly with infrared rays instead of air, which increases the body's core temperature, thereby promoting blood circulation and sweating. Compared with traditional steam saunas, the temperature is lower and the experience is gentler, making it more suitable for daily use. The infrared heating panels we use are all designed with low electromagnetic radiation (Low EMF) and have passed multiple safety certifications, making them safe and worry-free for daily use.
What if my package arrives damaged?
📌 Cause: The package may have been crushed or bumped during shipping.

💡 Action: Please take clear photos of the entire box, shipping label, and SKU label. Then, record a complete unboxing video (if necessary). If you discover any damaged parts inside the box, we will immediately ship the damaged parts free of charge or arrange compensation.
Does a 2-person sauna require a special circuit?
Yes, some models (especially those with a power of around 2000W) recommend the use of a 20A socket (NEMA 5-20R) to ensure safe and stable operation of the circuit. Please check the "Electrical Parameters" column on the product details page before purchasing, or consult our customer service.
Do I need a 20A circuit for this sauna? What if my home doesn't have one?
Yes, for optimal performance and safety, models like the T-59C3 require a dedicated 20-amp circuit due to their higher power draw (e.g., 1800W). If your home doesn’t already have a 20A circuit, here’s how to get one installed:

How to Install a 20A Circuit at Home:

  1. Hire a Licensed Electrician
Start by contacting a licensed electrician in your area. They’ll assess your home’s electrical panel and confirm feasibility.
  2. Apply for a Permit (Usually Handled by the Electrician)
Most states require a local electrical permit for new circuit installations. Your electrician can typically file the paperwork with your city or county building department.
  3. Install the New Circuit
The electrician will install a 20A breaker in your main panel and run a new line to your sauna location. This will usually include a 20A outlet (like a NEMA 5-20 or 6-20 plug).
  4. Pass the Inspection
After installation, a city inspector may visit to ensure everything complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Once approved, you’re good to go.

Typical Cost Range:

Expect to pay $300–$600 depending on your location and complexity. This includes labor, materials, and permit fees.

Note: For models under 1500W (like the T-50C), a standard 15A outlet may be sufficient. Always check the product’s power specs before use.
